SPM EQUIPMENT’s Hydraulic Pipe Bending Mandrel covers a range of diameters and is adjustable for wall thicknesses within the specified range of the mandrel.
It is available for pipe sizes 16” to 48”, and we also manufacture customized mandrels to the client’s specifications. SPM Equipment manufactures and exports Hydraulic Pipe Bending Mandrels to countries all over the world, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Brazil, France, Singapore and Mexico.
It can be adjusted to any wall thickness within the specified mandrel range and can cover two pipe sizes using our conversion kits. Our Hydraulic Pipe Bending Mandrels are also available in manual and motorized versions.
Engineered to meet the bending specifications of high-grade pipe used in oil and gas pipelines in Russia, USA, UAE, Australia and Malaysia, the mandrel is set by SPM EQUIPMENT to the required setting based on the pipe specification (wall thickness).
The pipe bending mandrel applies powerful radial support to the inner walls while remaining flexible lengthwise. This way a smooth bend is ensured, and the diameter and roundness of the pipe are maintained.
